This position is reserved exclusively for licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs).

Relient Health is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments acrossMassachusetts. These are full-time direct-hire permanent placement SLP positions (not travel not contract not PRN).
Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) retirement communities hospitals outpatient clinics pediatric settings and home health depending on the specific location.

Brockton Chelsea Great Barrington Haverhill Lenox Middleboro North Adams Pittsfield Williamstown and additionalMassachusettsmarkets.

Note: All current Massachusetts SLP roles require ASHA CCC; CF supervision is not available with our current MA clients.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive statewide SLP salary range:$40-50/hr
(Compensation varies by market setting and experience.)

Clinical Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech language cognitive and swallowing treatment plans
Provide skilled SLP services in a rehabilitation setting
Complete standardized assessments and documentation in EMR systems
Collaborate with SLPAs rehab professionals nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams
Support patient progress toward improved communication safety and independence
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Masters program
ActiveMassachusettsSLP license or eligibility/pending licensure
Ability to work full-time in one of the listedMassachusettsmarkets
Authorized to work in the United States
