Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
First level manager of a work team typically without budget or hire/fire authority.
Focuses on mentoring coaching and coordination.
Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the most efficient layout of plant and its maintenance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads a team of para-professionals responsible for maintenance of relevant facility / facilities ensuring that operating requirements building codes and safety regulations are met.
Apply strong project management communication and organizational skills to interpret schematics coordinate crossfunctional work resolve issues and ensure timely completion of facilities initiatives.
Manage facilities policies vendor qualifications and contract approvals while ensuring alignment with QMS EMS FDA and all other regulatory requirements.
Implement facility maintenance standards inspection routines and Lean/Six Sigmadriven continuous improvement practices to identify recurring issues and drive longterm rootcause solutions.
Perform and supervise skilled maintenance repair and preventive maintenance across mechanical electrical and building systems to ensure reliability uptime and regulatory compliance.
Lead facilities planning construction space allocations and maintenance operations through effective oversight of internal teams contractors and vendors.
