We make cakes people remember. Your job is to make ordering them feel just as good.
Were looking for an Order Consultant to handle preorders at our Park Road Shopping Center locationguiding customers through options locking in details and making sure what gets promised is exactly what gets made. Its part customer service part logistics part mind-reading.
What youll do
- Answer calls and emails for cake and dessert preorders
- Help customers choose flavors sizes and designs
- Translate customer ideas into clear accurate orders our kitchen can execute
- Confirm availability collect payment and finalize orders
- Keep things organized and on schedule so production runs smoothly
- Work closely with the team to avoid surprises miscommunications and chaos
- Help in-store guests as needed
What were looking for
- Friendly confident communicator (you can lead a conversation not just react to one)
- Detail-obsessed in a good way
- Calm under pressure and high volume
- Quick learner with solid computer skills
- Bakery/food experience is great but not required

Schedule & details
- Full-time or part-time
- Weekends required (thats when the cakes happen)
- Average starting pay is $16-17/hour (base hourly plus shared tips)
