About the Role:
The K Company Inc. is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our high-performing Solutions Group. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience across HVAC design-build projects energy management drafting and sales engineering support in a commercial and light commercial environment.

This role blends office work with regular field activity including site surveys equipment inspections and client meetings. Youll be mentored by credentialed professionals including a licensed PE and a Certified Energy Manager building the skills to lead projects and grow your career.

What Youll Do:

Perform heating & cooling load calculations and develop HVAC system designs
Support energy audits and financial analysis for energy conservation measures
Create and modify AutoCAD construction drawings
Assist the sales team with technical proposals and client site visits
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Who Were Looking For:

Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or related field (ABET-accredited)
04 years of HVAC/mechanical engineering experience (recent grads with internships encouraged)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
Valid drivers license with willingness to travel to project sites
