Youll be the go-to expert for guest group bookings social events and key sales initiativesand a critical right-hand to our Director of Sales.

What Youll Do:

Be the first point of contact for group bookings event space inquiries and VIP stays

Build strong client relationshipsboth online and in person

Own your sales pipeline: proactively source new business and manage existing accounts

Input bookings manage room blocks and ensure event accuracy in our systems

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Maintain organized sales records and handle inbound social event inquiries

Participate in top rated Marriot Sales training sessions

What You Bring:

1 year of direct hotel sales experience (Sales Coordinator or Sales Manager level) REQUIRED

Experience in any hotel department is a plus

Strong communication organization and multitasking skills

Familiarity with the local Bridgewater market is a bonus

Brand experience (Marriott Hilton etc.) preferred

Confident with tech Delphi Microsoft Word Excel Outlook

A polished professional presence with a passion for hospitality
