Position Summary
A fully remote opportunity is available for a Litigation Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload focused on breach of warranty and mold-related matters. Role Overview
- Manage cases from intake through resolution
- Handle breach of warranty and mold litigation matters
- Draft pleadings motions and related legal documents

Candidate Requirements
- Licensed in Arizona or pending licensure
- Litigation experience (flexible level)
- Comfortable with legal tech and digital tools
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload independently
- Must be based in Arizona
