Our challenge

We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty software engineering with 4 years of experience including hands-on expertise in RSA Archer PeopleSoft and product implementation tools.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other accordance with law the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte NC is$110k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables contributing to large-scale planning and project execution.
• Review and analyze complex challenges involving an in-depth evaluation of variable factors to identify effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve moderately complex issues ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Leverage a solid understanding of organizational functions policies procedures and compliance requirements to guide decision-making.
• Contribute to the design development and implementation of RSA Archer solutions and integrations.
• Support the deployment and optimization of PeopleSoft and other product implementation tools within client environments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty software engineering.
• Proven experience with RSA Archer and PeopleSoft applications.
• Strong technical expertise in product implementation tools.
• Ability to work on moderately complex projects and contribute to large-scale planning efforts.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with security and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of IT governance risk management and compliance (GRC) principles.
• Certifications related to RSA Archer or PeopleSoft are a plus.
