Budget Analyst (Associate) Juno Beach FL (Onsite)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Budget Analyst (Associate) to join their accounting and finance team. This is a 6-month contract position based onsite in Juno Beach Florida. You will play a key role in trade capture risk monitoring and financial reporting working closely with both the finance and IT teams to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture trades into the SOX application and execute end-of-day recaps and reports
• Verify positions and monitor daily Value at Risk (VaR) and other risk-related measures
• Reconcile broker and external statements associated with transactions
• Provide management with daily Profit and Loss (P&L) and pricing information
• Handle Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and other clearing transactions
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects
• Assist with process design and modification for continuous business improvement
• Support the development and execution of the trade capture platform in collaboration with the IT team
• Develop ad-hoc reports using SQL and Power BI
• Create and automate Excel-based reports using macros as needed

Required Qualifications

• 05 years of professional experience in a budget finance or accounting role
• Bachelors degree preferably in Accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including macro development
• Familiarity with SQL and Power BI for reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite in Juno Beach FL (standard shift: 8 AM 5 PM 40 hours/week)
