Our team pioneers the development of intelligent compliant and scalable solutions that sit at the intersection of earnings payments and regulation. By collaborating closely with Last Mile Operations and multiple product teams we deliver technology that makes a tangible difference in the lives of gig workers. Leveraging machine learning and generative AI we ensure our platforms remain ahead of industry trends drive operational excellence and support the companys broader goals for innovation and compliance.
What youll do...
- Define and execute the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for contractor earnings and tax excellence ensuring the development of future-ready platforms that drive both user satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
- Build and oversee capabilities that guaranteeaccuratetimelydisbursement of earnings seamless tax reporting for contractors (such as1099sand global equivalents) and transparent user-centric experiences that foster trust.
- Design and implement solutions that embed compliance-by-design principles proactively minimizing regulatory risk while enhancing transparency and reliability for all users.
- Identifyand pursue opportunities for continuous innovation byleveragingcompetitor benchmarking in-depth user research and analysis of industry trends to ensure our offeringsremainbest-in-class.
- Lead and align cross-functional teamsincluding product engineering compliance analytics and designtodeliver againstkey business metrics translating complex requirements into intuitive scalable solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
