Position: carpentry drywall & paint technician
Paul Davis seeking a full-time or part-time skilled technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be proficient in residential remodeling. This role requires attention to detail a commitment to quality craftsmanship and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople.
What does a carpentry drywall & paint technician with Paul Davis do
- Construct install and repair structures and fixtures made of wood plywood metal studs drywall and other materials.
- Complete all aspects of general home improvements/remodels including but not limited to drywall paint tiling install flooring (hard wood LVP carpet etc.) and general carpentry.
- Fabricate custom components as needed for specific projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.
- Skilled in fabricating custom components using various materials.
- Improves the community by serving others
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems

Skills Desired of Team Member:
- 3 years minimum experience in general carpentry
- Experienced with drywalling tiling painting flooring (various materials) and other general home improvements/remodeling.
- Understanding of Maryland Residential Building Codes (IRC 2021)
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the site
- Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
