Job Summary
The Ocean Community YMCA is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Enrichment Instructor to assist with a variety of enrichment programs for members and the community. This position supports different programs and activities and requires 1015 hours per week including daytime hours and some weekends depending on the program schedule.
Location: Ocean Community YMCA- Naik Family Branch Mystic CT
Rate of Pay: $16.94 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and leading enrichment programs and activities
- Help create a positive welcoming environment for participants of all ages
- Support program setup facilitation and cleanup
- Ensure participant safety and engagement during activities
Qualifications:
- Experience working with youth families or community programs preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Dependable organized and able to work independently or as part of a team
- CPR/First Aid certification required (YMCA willing to train)
