Were now looking for a Supervisor/ Team Leader to join our team someone whos ready to take the next step and play a key role at the heart of our service.
About the Role
As a Home Care Supervisor youll be the vital link between the office and home care team helping to ensure every client receives the highest quality of care.
Youll:
- Responsible for your own area scheduling your team to ensure your clients needs are met
- Provide hands-on care and on-call support to colleagues in the field
- Carry out spot checks care plan reviews mentoring and training support
- Assist with office administration and daily communication
- Promote teamwork quality and continuity across all aspects of care
This is a varied rewarding role ideal for someone who has a SVQ3 (or willing to work towards it) in Social Care 2 or more years experience within home care and ready to take that next step into leadership while staying connected to hands-on care.
