This is an exciting opportunity to take on the role of Assistant Head at the Federation of St Edmunds and St Josephs Catholic Primary Schools. We are looking for an experienced teacher to work alongside the Executive Headteacher Head of School (St Edmunds) and existing Assistant Head (Curriculum and ECT Lead).

The role will involve leadership across both sites with the majority based at St Josephs including some class teaching responsibility. You will bring their expertise and knowledge of the primary curriculum in supporting colleagues to ensure pupils enjoy a knowledge rich learning experience which promotes inclusion diversity and excellence. You will take on a leading role in inclusion and act as Designated Safeguarding Lead at St Josephs.

You will be joining an established federation of two primary schools where shared planning and assessment are designed to support staff well-being. Cross federation working provides opportunities for collaboration coaching and mentoring. There is strong professional development and well-being support for all staff.
