We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator for our location in Paris Ontario.

The shift is 3:15pm to 1:15am - Monday to Thursday.

This position is currently open and reflects a growth in the company.

The salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour commensurate with experience education and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

When your actions lead to success:

• Operate AXYZ CNC routers safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials onto CNC machines
• Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and work orders
• Set up tooling fixtures and machine parameters
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools (tape measure calipers etc.)
• Maintain production targets and deadlines
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate when required
• Follow all health & safety procedures and PPE requirements

When your expertise drives us:

• Previous CNC operating experience (AXYZ preferred but not required)
• Experience with CNC routers woodworking plastics or aluminum cutting is an asset
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable punctual and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
