Compensation: CAD $140000 - $180000 (based on experience)

Core Duties
- Define and articulate business problems user needs goals and product solutions for Boomerangs core platforms
- Proactively manage risks navigate trade-offs and make informed decisions that balance user needs business goals and technical constraints
- Own the end-to-end product development process - from discovery through delivery - in partnership with design engineering and other stakeholders
- Gather analyze and synthesize user feedback and product data to surface new opportunities validate ideas and guide continuous iteration
- Run experiments to improve engagement retention and overall product value
- Facilitate and run regular agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups retrospectives and backlog grooming
- Act as the central point of product coordination across teams ensuring alignment transparency and momentum
Skills and Experience
- 5 - 7 years of experience defining managing or launching new functionality at a growing software or technology company.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of scrum methodologies and the ability to adapt them to specific project needs.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bonus: Experience with SQL data analytics and building BI dashboards
