Pay Range: $20 (May earn up to 23.25)

Schedule: Sat 10a-8p/ Mon 10a-5p/ Tue 12p-7p/ Wed & Fri 12p-8p

FLSA: Non Exempt

What Youll Do:
Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE) fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include:

• MAP (Medication Administration Program) certificationis required for this position. Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer-provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months.
• Teach ADLs (cooking budgeting medication management) and socialization skills.
• Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
• Administer/supervise medications by MAP guidelines and document care.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
• Advocate for residents needs and model healthy coping strategies.
• Maintain a safe clean home environment and complete timely documentation.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma/GED; direct care experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license and ability to assist with mobility (bending standing etc.).
• Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.
• Compassion patience and commitment to trauma-informed care.
• Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g. Spanish Portuguese).
