Location: The Learning Experience Byron Center MI
Pay: $16$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead daily classroom routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
- Provide attentive care including feeding diapering and nap support
- Create a safe and engaging environment that supports early development
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage sensory exploration
- Maintain classroom organization and compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate regularly with families about daily routines and developmental progress
- Support assistant teachers and help maintain consistent classroom structure
- Follow all Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior infant classroom experience preferred
- Experience leading or supporting an infant classroom strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving practices
- Reliable patient and team-oriented
- Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
- Competitive hourly pay of $16$18 based on experience
