Job Title: Parts Manager (Automotive)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $60000 $85000 per year (based on experience & performance)
About the Opportunity
A growing and well-established automotive group is seeking a proven Parts Manager to lead operations at one of our dealership locations. This is a leadership role for someone who understands how to drive performance control inventory and build a strong team culture.
Our organization is built on coaching encouragement development and executionand were looking for leaders who take ownership and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of parts department operations
Maintain proper inventory levels turns and obsolescence controls
Partner with service and sales departments to maximize efficiency
Recruit train and develop parts team members
Monitor KPIs profitability and departmental performance
Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction
Requirements (Must Meet to Be Considered)
Minimum 2 years automotive parts management or assistant parts manager experience
OEM dealership experience required
Proven track record of managing inventory and controlling obsolescence
Experience leading and developing a team
Strong understanding of parts department KPIs and profitability
Preferred Qualifications
Domestic brand experience (GM CDJR Ford etc.)
Experience with dealership management systems (CDK Reynolds & Reynolds etc.)
