Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee 24-hour operations of the Endoscopy and Interventional Radiology units
Lead and supervise RNs CNAs Patient Care Assistants and Unit Secretaries
Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with nursing standards
Manage staff scheduling training performance evaluations and development
Monitor department budgets operational goals and performance metrics
Collaborate with physicians administration and interdisciplinary teams
Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Minimum Qualifications:
Active RN License Massachusetts
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (preferred)
5 years of nursing experience in a related specialty
35 years of supervisory or leadership experience
