Job Summary

This position involves assisting in the planning monitoring and management of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with senior analysts and consultants to gather and analyze project data prepare reports and provide insights to help clients make informed decisions.

This is a hybrid role for the Connecticut area

As a Project Controls Cost Analyst a typical day may include the following:

  • Assist in collecting project data including budgets schedules and resource allocation
  • Analyze project data to identify trends variances and potential risks
  • Create and maintain project control databases and tracking systems
  • Prepare regular project status reports for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Summarize project performance metrics and highlight areas requiring attention

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a related field such as Business Engineering or Project Management
  • 1 - 5 years of applicable work experience
  • Prefer experience in electric utilities
  • Detail oriented:The little things matter!

Benefits & Salary:

  • This position pays between $90000 and $115000 annually and is an exempt position.
  • Benefits offered include company sponsored medical dental vision and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement voluntary life disability critical illness accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
  • Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
  • May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
