Nutritional Services Aide / Cook

Job Summary:
Dove Healthcare is seeking a team member to support our Nutritional Services department in a dual-role capacity. This position includes a combination of Dietary Aide and Cook responsibilities assisting with meal preparation service and kitchen operations while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:
Nutritional Services Aide Duties:

• Assist with meal service and tray delivery
• Set up and clean dining areas
• Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Follow infection control and sanitation guidelines

Cook Duties:

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary needs
• Ensure proper portioning and presentation
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory and food storage

Qualifications:

• age 16 invited to apply
• Previous food service or cooking experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
