The Configuration Management and Data Management (CMDM) organization is responsible for ensuring our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. The CMDM Organization consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering our program offices and our customers.

The Effectors Configuration Management department is looking for an individual to perform the role ofAnalyst.

What You Will Do

• Lead the coordination and administration of assigned configuration management activities relative to identification control verification and accounting for systems and equipment in accordance with contractual requirements
• Establish procedures for and implement the introduction of changes to engineering documents for an assigned program and represent the functional group in the implementation of common processes
• Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering quality support manufacturing and engineering data control activities
• Ensures implementation of customer and internal configuration management requirements
• Manage change and status accounting activities to ensure compliance with contractual and configuration management policies
• Implement change and status accounting activities to ensure compliance
• Establish and control configuration identification processes and baselines

Qualifications You Must Have

• Requires a Bachelors degree
• U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Experience may be obtained through onthejob experience research coursework or projects

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Preferred Degrees in Business Management and Business Administration
• Experience working and collaborating in a group environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (such as Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
• General knowledge and understanding of following policies procedures and processes with a strong attention to detail
• Analytical approach to solving complex configuration challenges
• Solid competency in project planning
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various engineering disciplines to ensure data integrity and compliance with configuration management policies
• Problem solving skills and ability to identify impact to other organizations
• Experience working and collaborating in a group environment

  • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.
• This is an onsite position in Tucson Arizona.
• Clearance Information: This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.   The salary range for this role is 57200 USD - 108800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
