The Opportunity:
Responsibilities
The Senior Director Operations Readiness is critical to support Ensembles growth through flexible but structured Standard Operating Model Assessments Integrations and Portfolio/Project Manager. This is a critical role for strategic initiatives focused on continuous improvements (tools templates processes reporting etc.). This is the foundation to scale and provide consistent predictable and repeatable outcomes for all client and strategic internal programs and projects. Key activities include delivering on enterprise initiatives that improve value to our clients and shareholders. This includes but not limited to establishing clear program and project policies SOP and toolkits for common initiatives types including charter/scope project plans capacity plans project budgets project health reporting RAID management for consistency and transparency to health of our Operational initiatives. The role includes coordinating across departments to promote a collaborative approach to delivery for successful outcomes. Successful initiatives will ensure that deliverables are on-time and fall within the applicable scope and budget. The Senior Director will rely on his/her experience and judgment to plan and drive delivery across initiatives. The Senior Director will lead and direct the work of others accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Perform Program/Project Management on multiple concurrent client and internal revenue cycle projects across the business unit and others as needed
Ensures project work is well-defined and planned. This includes thorough scope definition estimation cost-budgeting resourcing scheduling and placing under ongoing change control
Drives in collaboration with the Operations Readiness leaders the maturity of the Standard Operating Model (SOM) processes technology and resourcing
Develops maintains and ensures adherence to all SOM SOP and processes from intake to transition to support/operations
Ensures adherence to the Intake request and approval process to approve all initiatives and ensure capacity
Tracks and reports on the performance of the portfolio initiatives and ensure critical risks effectively escalated and managed
Supports the AVP to achieve corporate and team vision for growth quality and being best in class
Supports and/or drive the SOM and EPM governance process
Collaborative partner with all internal and external partners - we are successful together
Expands to enterprise SOM and EPMO to support business projects expansion
Position Qualifications
Minimum 10-15 years experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
Extensive leadership and management in establishing and improving Operations Technology and Strategic initiatives
Expert knowledge of Revenue Cycle Key Performance Indicators and financial performance metrics.
Minimum 5 years experience performing Program/Project Management on multiple concurrent client and internal revenue cycle projects
Ability to lead professionals to achieve peak performance and deliver enterprise-level results.
Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
The ability to be flexible to support our rapidly growing business while ensuring adequate discipline for meeting or exceeding all client and internal expectations scope time cost risk KPI.
Extensive management of governance large scale programs projects and integration offices in healthcare technology and operations.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and enterprise-level initiatives.
Ability to travel as needed to support the projects estimated at up to 25% of the time
Position Pays between $122K - 184K annually
