Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) School-Based
Location: Delaware
Employment Type: W2 School-Year
Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award

We are seeking certified RBTs who are passionate about delivering structured behavioral interventions in educational settings.

What Youll Do:

Implement individualized behavior plans
Collect and report behavioral data
Support adaptive skill development
Collaborate with school staff and BCBA supervisors

Qualifications:

Active RBT certification (preferred but not required)
Experience in ABA or school-based behavioral support
Strong communication skills
Professional and reliable

This role is ideal for RBTs looking to transition from clinic to school-based services.

Compensation: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
