Job Overview

IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated Analytics professional to join a multidisciplinary team focused on developing innovative solutions that extract meaningful insights from complex healthcare data. This role involves applying mathematical statistical and analytical techniques to identify key drivers assess the impact of changing conditions and forecast trends that inform strategic decisionmaking across the healthcare ecosystem.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with researchers consultants and technical experts to translate advanced analytics into clear actionable business insights and contribute to highimpact research initiatives.

Essential Functions

• Analyze and model large complex healthcare datasets using statistical and quantitative techniques

• Apply mathematical and statistical models to:

  • Identify key drivers and relationships
  • Evaluate the impact of changing market or clinical conditions
  • Forecast trends and outcomes

• Translate analytical findings into clear actionable business insights for internal and external stakeholders

• Contribute to the design and execution of custom research studies including analysis interpretation and synthesis of results

• Support the development and publication of research findings reports and presentations

• Collaborate effectively within crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality analytics solutions

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Data Science or a related technical or quantitative field

• Strong passion for analytics datadriven problem solving and research

• Working knowledge of analytics and statistical programming tools such as Python or R

• Experience applying statistical techniques including:

  • Machine learning models
  • Clustering and segmentation
  • Timeseries analysis

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical insights into businessrelevant conclusions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
