Part-Time Trash Valet Porter – Evenings Only – Spanish Springs

Looking for a short evening shift that fits around your life WSI Trash & Recycling Valet is hiring Part-Time Valet Porters in the Spanish Springs/Sparks area. Shifts run 12 hours per evening Monday through Friday - starting around 6:30 or 7:00 PM. No experience required. Training provided.

WHAT YOULL DO

Each evening youll walk your assigned apartment community and collect bagged trash recycling and cardboard from residents doors then transport everything to the onsite dumpster chute or compactor. Youll separate recycling check for contamination and clean up any loose trash around common areas. Check-in and check-out happens through a mobile app - youll document your route upload photos and leave courtesy notices when needed. On occasion you may assist with pet waste station servicing.

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday evenings only. Typical start time is 6:30 or 7:00 PM with shifts lasting 12 hours. Shift length may vary slightly based on resident participation property size or seasonal factors. No weekends required.

PAY

$20/hour at standard sites. $25/hour at sites that require use of a personal open-bed pickup truck.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role involves extensive walking throughout apartment communities ascending and descending stairs at some properties lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

WHAT YOU NEED

You must be 18 or older with a valid Nevada drivers license and auto insurance. A smartphone with an active data plan and location services is required as is the ability to speak read and write in English. You should be reliable professional and self-motivated. A personal open-bed pickup truck is required at select sites - pay increases to $25/hr at those locations.

No experience No problem. We train everyone. If you show up and do the work youll succeed here.
