Position Summary

What will your job entail

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the RT Connector retail agent platform
• Monitor platform performance usage and feedback to inform data-driven decisions
• Develop a deep understanding of retail agent workflows needs and pain points through direct engagement and feedback
• Drive agent adoption and retention through thoughtful product design usability enhancements and value-driven features
• Influence platform vision roadmap and long-term strategy in partnership with business and technology leaders
• Coordination with sales marketing and other stakeholders for successful launch of product features and adoption.
• Design and optimize end-to-end workflows that improve efficiency and client satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into clear product requirements and priorities
• Provide regular updates insights and recommendations to senior leadership on progress risks and opportunities

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Analyze agent feedback internal teams requests and competitive offerings to inform product decisions.
• Foster a collaborative innovative culture across cross-functional teams including Product Owners User Experience Designers Insurance Product Managers Connector Customer Support and Ryan / RT specialists to deliver intuitive efficient solutions to solve retail agents needs.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and delivering workflows and functionality to enhance customer success.
• Develop training materials for internal teams agents and customers to support product adoption and understanding.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience working at a Retail Agency as a Broker or working closely supporting Brokers at a Retail Agency or other relatable insurance experience.
• 6 years of experience in Insurance Product Management
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into product strategy and actionable requirements
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in product management digital platforms or customer-facing technology solutions

Preferred Skills & Education:

• Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Product Management or Business Administration preferred.
• Insurance specialty insurance or B2B platform experience highly preferred
• Licenses and Certifications: Certified Professional in Product Management (CPM) or Certified New Product Development Professional (NPDP).
• Experience working with agile or iterative product development methodologies
