What you will be doing:

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding helping leaders build great teams.
• Providing advice on performance capability and workplace matters.
• Helping to deliver our engagement surveys leadership programs and culture initiatives.
• Coaching leaders and building their confidence in managing people.
• Using data and insights to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
• Partnering with payroll WHS and other teams to keep things running smoothly.

What are we looking for

• Degree qualified with 35 years experience in a generalist People & Culture advisory role.
• A great communicator who can build trust and bring people together.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a bonus.
• Confident using recruitment payroll and reporting systems like Martian Logic CultureAmp.
• A proactive solutions-focused team player whos ready to make an impact utilising their strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across operational teams.
• A solutions-focused approach with sound judgement and with discretion.
• Confidence in juggling priorities and working autonomously.
• Alignment with Norcos values of connection authenticity diversity and agility.
