Job Summary
Customer Services Advisor
Based at Endurance House Chivers Way Histon Cambridge CB24 9ZR.
Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 flexi time scheme
Salary: 28242.43 pa
About the role:
As a Customer Adviser you are the first point of contact for our customers providing a first class customer-focussed service when dealing with a wide range of telephone enquiries emails live chat and face to face. The Customer Services Team also plays a critical part in providing efficient support to our Housing Management and Property Services Teams.
About you:
- Previous experience in an administrative and customer facing role essential.
- Professional telephone manner and excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Able to negotiate confidently and demonstrate an assertive approach with discretion and diplomacy.
- Able to be responsive and make decisions in a timely and effective way.
- Able to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Competent in MS Office packages (Word Excel and Outlook).
