We are hiring for our client a well-established contractor operating across healthcare and social housing sectors to recruit a Mechanical Contracts Manager based in Londonderry.

This Mechanical Contracts Manager role offers the opportunity to lead delivery across a portfolio of live healthcare sites managing mechanical maintenance reactive works and minor projects. The successful Mechanical Contracts Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance quality and client satisfaction within a highly regulated environment.

The Role:

Manage delivery of mechanical contracts across healthcare sites
Lead and develop teams of engineers and subcontractors
Oversee planned reactive and minor works programmes
Monitor KPIs financial performance and contract delivery
Ensure compliance with HTM standards and H&S regulations
Act as key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Identify opportunities for contract growth and additional works
Manage risk permits and site compliance requirements

The Person:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or similar
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and HTM standards
Relevant mechanical qualification
Experience managing teams and subcontractors
Strong communication leadership and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
