Client: Leading Specialist Construction Contractor
Essentials: Degree in Health & Safety; 5 years experience in a similar role; strong knowledge of EU H&S legislation.
Location: projects in Finland Germany and Austria.
Salary: 45000 - 65000 DOE

- Implement and monitor the companys Health & Safety Management System across construction sites.
- Carry out regular site inspections audits and safety reviews to ensure full legislative and company compliance.
- Deliver toolbox talks site inductions and H&S training to site teams and contractors.
- Develop review and update risk assessments method statements and safety documentation.
- Investigate accidents incidents and near misses ensuring accurate reporting and corrective actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture by positively challenging unsafe behaviours and site practices.
- Liaise with site management clients insurers and external authorities as required.
- Track and report health and safety performance trends and key metrics to senior management.
- Support tender prequalification submissions and safety-related documentation.
