About this role:

Supporting our continued growth requires the evolution of our core HR technology platforms and processes. Reporting to the Group Vice President of Corporate Systems this role will play a critical part in delivering scalable enterprise solutions that enable the HR technology ecosystem.
What you will do in this role:
- Build coach and lead engineering and project management teams responsible for the endtoend delivery and support of enterprise systems underpinning Gartners HR business processes.
- Ensure that systems are designed and implemented in such a way that allows for agility and rapid growth to support Gartners dynamic business. This includes the development and clear communication of roadmaps.
- Ensure that operational support of these systems meets service level agreements in an environment where talent acquisition retention & development are considered business critical activities.
- Partner closely with HRIS and key IT partners to ensure enterprise technology capabilities are in place operating reliably and aligned to Gartners business needs leveraging shared platforms and best practices.
- Model effective leadership through strong business acumen and problemsolving discipline.
What you bring to be successful in this role:
- Highly collaborative leader who leads by example rolls up their sleeves and operates with a nolimits mindset.
- Strong leadership anchored in influential communication enabling collaboration organizational effectiveness talent development and stakeholder alignment.
- Demonstrated leadership of global technology organizations enabling Human Resources as a missioncritical business function.
- Strong expertise across core HR technology platforms including HCM Learning Talent and People Analytics with required experience in Workday and preferred exposure to Cornerstone Beamery and Power BI.
- 10 years of demonstrated experience in leading technology delivery teams in support of complex business functions
- Experience defining and driving technology strategy in partnership with business and IT leaders supported by globally distributed Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience operating in an IT delivery model that leverages centers of expertise requiring strong crossteam collaboration and coordination.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 160000 USD - 241000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO a 401k match up to $7200 per year the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount and more.
