Job Summary
Description of the role:
This position plays a key role in delivering transparent and trustworthy service to our customers. Your videos help customers understand their vehicles needs improving both customer satisfaction and overall service performance.
Responsibilities:
- Record high-quality video inspections for vehicles in service
- Assist technicians with completing multi-point inspections (MPIs)
- Clearly communicate vehicle conditions and recommendations in videos
- Ensure videos are accurate concise and easy for customers to understand
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to maintain workflow efficiency
- Maintain organization of inspection tools and equipment
- Follow dealership processes and quality standards
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the automotive industry (required)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and visual)
- Comfortable being on camera and explaining vehicle conditions
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employmentdrug screen and background check
