The Position:Werelooking for a Construction Manager. Youll be responsible for:

• Oversee and lead the Gulfport Reconstruction division comprised of Project Managers Team Coordinators and Technicians
• Meet or exceed departmental quality targets and improve the customer experience
• Be a leader through continuous process improvements implementation of state-of-the-art technology and business strategies
• Maintain a strong and skilled reconstruction team by equipping them with tools/resources supplying service divisions and identifying team staffing needs
• Partner with Project Managers to schedule laborers and on-site visits work through reconstruction project problems and ensure team has support needed to succeed
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Planning the reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Conducting project walk-throughs with clients for quality checks
• Staying within timelines and budgets for residential and commercial reconstruction projects
• Monitoring customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion

What you need to have:

• 5 years of reconstruction experience
• 2 years of experience leading a team
• High School Diploma/GED required higher education preferred
• Insurance reconstruction experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• MS Office (Word Outlook Excel)
• Valid drivers license
