Responsibilities
Under general supervision the Associate Director for Leadership Giving - DNCBE is responsible for securing leadership gifts managing donor relationships and advancing campaign priorities through strategic outreach stewardship and collaboration with campus partners to meet fundraising goals and expand philanthropic support.
- Identifying quantifying cultivating soliciting and stewarding annual giving leadership gifts up to $25000 additionally the position will provide discovery work to uncover qualified/disqualified major gift donors long-term engagement of annual donors and obtain new annual donors of $1000.
- Oversees and organizes special cultivation and fundraising events for the College at the direction of the Executive Director.
- Fosters a culture of philanthropy among staff and volunteers and collaborates closely with the Executive Director of Development DNCBE fundraising team and Dean to ensure staff and volunteer involvement in all development efforts.
- Maintains a culture of communication within the college Advancement division donors and volunteers.
- As a leader demonstrates a commitment to student success that is mission aligned with the universitys vision values and priorities.
