CMM Custom Homes is seeking a highly organized detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in the design and construction of custom homes throughout Monmouth and Ocean County.
This role is ideal for someone who is tenacious adaptable and proactive with a strong ability to communicate and keep projects moving forward. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in keeping details organized and on track.
You will work closely with our team including clients subcontractors and vendors to help ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish.

Since 1983 CMM Custom Homes has been designing and building homes throughout the Jersey Shore including Spring Lake Sea Girt Manasquan Avon-by-the-Sea Belmar and surrounding Monmouth and Ocean County communities.
Our work ranges from high-end custom homes to schedule-driven commercial projects. With over 40 years of experience our team takes pride in craftsmanship strong relationships and an organized building process that delivers exceptional homes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support to Project Managers across multiple active projects
- Coordinate with clients vendors and subcontractors to keep projects organized and progressing
- Assist with bids selections purchase orders and vendor coordination
- Track and organize project information within Buildertrend
- Help manage project schedules and internal task lists
- Assist with permit applications and municipal coordination
- Track budgets and purchase orders using internal systems
- Coordinate project meetings agendas and notes
- Perform material take-offs as needed
- Assist with pay request reviews with Project Managers
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure project records remain current
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support the team in solving problems and keeping momentum on projects

- Previous construction architecture or project coordination experience is a plus
