A little about the position:

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the Ski & Ride school. Providing exceptional guest service through the efficient organization of instructors and support staff.
• Resolves guest and employee issues as needed.
• Responsible for coaching measurement and recognition of employee performance including seasonal performance reviews.
• Ensures all staff are meeting expectations presented in our Employee Manual and Instructor Resource Manual.
• Mentors andassists in the development and training offuture Ski & Snowboard School leaders.

Requirements:

• PSIA/AASI Level2 or above certified instructor preferred with a strongunderstanding of contemporary ski and snowboardtechnical teaching and people skills
• 3 years working in snow sports school preferably with supervisory experience
• Ability to positively influence and support others.
• High level of emotional intelligence.
• Superior communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability toprovide great guest service
• Strong understanding of Ski & Ride School operations and the guest experience trail

Hourly pay: $27.00 - $38.23

*Starting pay based on experience and PSIA/AASI or equivalent certifications*
