• Activelyobservesand provides feedback holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest experiencemoments.

• Reviews area guest financial and team outcome metrics toidentifyopportunitiestakes action to improve andaligns team on the right behaviors and execution celebrates wins drives results that deliver outcomes and elevates the guestexperience.
