Job Summary

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $500!

  • $250 after 90 days
  • Additional $250 after 6 months

Salary starts at $45000 - $55000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees Residential Sponsored Residential and Day Support Programs.
  • Maintains the day-to-day operation of the residential facility as well as the day support facility.
  • Supervises Program Directors Program Managers Supervisors and Direct Care Staff.
  • Monitors staff performance on regular basis and provides feedback.
  • Conducts and/or reviews performance evaluations of staff in accordance with policy.
  • Provides staffing Report
  • Meets regularly with facility directors and staff.
  • Coordinates and monitors the documentation process.
  • Monitors implementation of programs.
  • Monitors equipment and supplies.
  • Reviews curriculum and service delivery model.
  • Oversee completion of monthly paperwork.
  • Markets services in the community.
  • Attend various vendor fairs trainings and sponsored events targeting the ID population.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university two years of experience in the human services field.
  • In lieu of degree:
    • Must have 5 years of experience in evaluating and assessing.
    • Interdisciplinary and person-center approach and MR waiver.
    • Supervisory experience.
    • Must have experience in a residential facility working with the intellectually disabled.
  • Program Director must serve as QMRP and must also possess valid drivers license.
  • This position requires the successful completion of training/certification in CPR first aid behavior management and medication administration.
  • Successful completion of criminal history and central registry background investigations are required.
