Operations Supervisor

About the Role

The Operations Supervisor leads an office-based team responsible for EDI order processing and import/domestic logistics. This team ensures orders from retailers and eCommerce channels are accurately entered tracked and delivered on time.

Location:Chino CA (Office-based)
Salary Range:$70000.00 USD- $80000.00 USD

What Youll Do:

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Business Engineering or related field
• 58 years of experience in supply planning production planning inventory management or related supply chain roles
• Experience operating in a consumer products environment supporting retail and/or eCommerce channels
• Demonstrated expertise in MRP/ERP systems (SAP NetSuite Oracle or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables XLOOKUP data modeling)
• Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals including inventory theory lead time management and demand-supply balancing
• Experience participating in and influencing S&OP processes
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
• Prior experience mentoring or informally leading others preferred
