HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE
You will.
Deliver high-quality person-centred care including personal care mobility support andassistancewith daily living activities.
Support client wellbeing and engagement by supporting therapy activities for individuals and groups.
Monitor report and document client observations and care activities in line with policies and procedures.
Contribute to the efficient operation of the service including equipment use teamwork and supporting colleagues.
Ensure that a safe & positive environment is maintained by ensuring that safety comes first and continuous improvement practices are used to provide feedback and support residents.
