HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

You will.

• Deliver high-quality person-centred care including personal care mobility support andassistancewith daily living activities.

• Support client wellbeing and engagement by supporting therapy activities for individuals and groups.

• Monitor report and document client observations and care activities in line with policies and procedures.

• Contribute to the efficient operation of the service including equipment use teamwork and supporting colleagues.

• Ensure that a safe & positive environment is maintained by ensuring that safety comes first and continuous improvement practices are used to provide feedback and support residents.
