Job Summary

Working as part of the EV Cargo Solutions Commercial team you will be required to provide excellent customer service whilst managing customer expectations and ensuring repeat business and business growth alongside maximizing gross margin. As a member of the EV Cargo team you will be working with large-scale well-known customer brands and multiple hauliers across the : CompetitiveShift:Mon - Fri 40 hr weekMain duties include:Be the main point of contact with the customer for information sharing and issue strong working relationships and trust with key cost and service compliance to internal and customer ownership and responsibility from the initial order through to successful monitor all areas of key sensitivity ensuring compliance to process and customer for compilation and distribution of relevant reports and skills and experience required:Previous customer service experience along with excellent customer service experience of working within a small team of Windows 10 in a business telephone attention to detailAdministration Specification:Self-starterA team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.A methodical and structured approach to problem solving.A can do attitude with a flexible approachable and reliable attitude.A keen attitude towards self-development.
