Our client is a renowned Mayfair restaurant that combines refined cuisine with a vibrant high-society atmosphere. Known for its beautiful interiors exceptional service and loyal following this is a venue that operates at pace while never compromising on elegance.
They are now looking for a confident and charismatic Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team and help deliver unforgettable dining experiences night after night.
This role requires proven experience managing within a premium high-volume restaurant ideally in Mayfair.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
- Leading front-of-house operations during busy high-profile services
- Motivating and developing the team to deliver polished intuitive service
- Maintaining exceptional standards across guest experience presentation and service flow
- Supporting recruitment training and team performance
- Working closely with senior leadership to uphold the venues reputation and energy
Youll be resilient hands-on and service-obsessed with the presence and confidence to lead in a demanding yet rewarding environment.
