About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support Property Managers in delivering high-quality service across a diverse property portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Senior Property Managers some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with open homes and property inspections
- Coordinating and following up on maintenance requests
- Conducting routine inspections across the portfolio
- Preparing ingoing condition reports and final bond inspections
- Managing general administration and data entry tasks
- Supporting tenant reference checks and application processing
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Certificate IV In Real Estate Practice (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 12 months experience in property management (preferred)
- Current drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisational capability
- A positive attitude with strong initiative and work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-focused environment
- Experience with PropertyMe (advantageous but not essential)
- Mandarin language skills (advantageous but not essential)
