Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As a Systems Analyst you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams translating business needs into clear actionable system and functional requirements. You will analyze business processes evaluate system capabilities and support the design delivery and continuous improvement of technology solutions that enable operational efficiency regulatory compliance and business outcomes. Working collaboratively across business product and IT partners you will ensure solutions are aligned to organizational priorities scalable and fit for purpose.
This is a Full-time Permanent role based at our Head Office in Vancouver British Columbia and will report directly to the Manager Application Technology.
Our head office is based in Vancouver but we are open to candidates in BC and Ontario. While this position is for an existing vacancy and provides a hybrid work arrangement you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands when needed.

- Translating complex business requirements into wellâdefined technical and functional specifications that development and delivery teams can execute against
- Improving operational efficiency through analysis and optimization of business processes reducing manual effort rework and system friction
- Reducing delivery and execution risk by ensuring requirements are complete traceable and aligned with business technology and compliance expectations
- Accelerating value realization by supporting timely delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs and improve user experience
- Strengthening crossâfunctional collaboration by acting as a trusted partner between business stakeholders product teams and technology delivery teams
- Supporting sustainable change through documentation testing support and knowledge transfer that enable smooth adoption of new or enhanced systems
What Youll Bring to the Team:
- A bachelors degree in business technology or related field
- A minimum of 3 years experience in business systems analysis or a related technical background
- Experience with API & API integrations
- Experience using SQL and strong analytical skills
- Windows Server Administration experience
Extra Skills That Set You Apart:
- Experience working in the Financial Services or Financial Technologies industries with a focus on Payments & Compliance Technology
- Dataâdriven mindset with an ability to analyze transaction data and resolve discrepancies
- Endâtoâend systems thinking understanding upstream and downstream impacts
- PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) designation or similar is an asset

What Youll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $75700 - $93450 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications skills previous experience and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package employees may also be eligiblefor our annual incentive program subject to program eligibility requirements.
