Fitness Club Manager (Sales & Operations)

Golds Gym BC is hiring a full-time Fitness Club Manager to lead sales operations and team performance at our POCO location. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced gym manager fitness manager or sales manager looking to grow with a globally recognized fitness brand.
Wage
$55000 $70000 per year performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in driving club performance revenue growth and member retention
- Lead coach and develop a high-performing sales and fitness team
- Manage sales targets KPIs lead generation and conversion rates
- Oversee daily gym operations including staffing scheduling and payroll
- Build and grow corporate partnerships and local business relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service and member experience
- Recruit train and develop team members including performance management
- Execute marketing initiatives community outreach and club events
- Collaborate with departments including HR marketing personal training and operations
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in fitness management gym management or sales management
- Proven success in sales revenue growth and team leadership
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs budgeting and business operations
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced fitness retail or hospitality environment
- Experience in a health club gym or wellness setting preferred
- Post-secondary education in business fitness or related field is an asset
