What Youll Do
- Answer inbound calls & schedule service appointments
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and drive show rates
- Provide a professional high-level customer experience
- Support service team with daily communication and follow-up
What Were Looking For
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Organized reliable and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and motivated to earn
- BDC Central or CDK experience is a plus (not required)
