Job Description

Shift: 3rd Monday- Friday 11:00PM- 7:30AM

Pay: $22.11 plus $1.00 shift differential

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Other duties including those not specifically related to the Palletizer may be assigned.

  • Makes accurate counts records information on tally sheets and tickets finished product pallets.

  • Use Matrix system as necessary.

  • Ensure that correct pallet pattern is being run.

  • Load correct pallets into pallet magazines

  • Support module process including training and labor scheduling as needed.

  • Clear up jams on palletizers and related equipment.

  • Ensure proper PRN cards are posted in correct locations.

  • Monitor code dates and notify lines of any potential issues.

  • Complete line efficiency reports.

  • This person has the responsibility to operate under the Kraft Heinz Safety Values.

  • Adhere to all safety and environmental policies procedures and compliance programs.

  • Work toward achieving an injury free environment.

  • Maintain a neat area in accordance with GMPs and perform sanitation on equipment.

  • Responsible for compliance with the safety policy and accident prevention and compliance programs.

  • Responsible for reviewing work areas for potential losses and loss control opportunities and for reporting hazards

  • injuries/illnesses and other losses to supervisors.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
