Job Description:

Under supervision performs routine unskilled manual labor to assist the Athletics Department in a temporary capacity (less than 780 hours per fiscal year) in maintaining safe and pristine facilities and grounds for our guests students and staff to enjoy.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities

Assists with grounds upkeep including lawn mowing weed trimming applying mulch plantings and related.

Field prep for practices or competitions.

Assists with event set up.

Assists with moving loading and unloading materials supplies equipment and furniture.

Assists in the clean up after events by collecting trash cleaning tables etc.

Power Washing.

Related labor duties as needed.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment.

Ability to learn to perform a variety of unskilled tasks.

Ability to work outdoors.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in labor positions and operating a lawn mower.
