Responsibilities:
Review and prepare calculations permit applications monitoring plans and progress reports
Develop conceptual drawings related to infrastructure and shop drawing review response to requests for information and addressing construction issues and conflicts as they arise.
Develop construction documents and specifications
Conduct GIS map creation and exhibit development
Perform spatial analysis related to infrastructure ecological restoration and/or development
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years professional experience performing technical work
Experience with contract documents in Fairfax County and Loudon County is preferred
Has a District PE or is able to get a PE within 6 months-1 year of hire (DC Virginia and Maryland PE)
Salary range: $75000 - $108000/yearly (dependent on years of experience competency location)
